"Terrible lack of staff. If the wait time for a toasties is 25mins. Heaven help if you want a full fried breakfast. Waited 10mins in the queue. 25mins for a toasties. My partner is diabetic and needs to eat regularly. The queue was out of the door. Please if your short staffed put a sign up for approximate wait time. We wouldn't have bothered. Normally service is 5* , however today was a disgrace."
