"What a lovely place to eat. Had lunch with my daughter. The food was delicious, the salad that came with it was lovely and fresh. We were served by a lovely girl, Cara. She was on the ball, efficient, friendly and a big bonus to this lovely eatery. Will definitely go back. My daughter eats there regularly and has always spoke highly of it. Definitely worth five stars"
"Went in for lunch & saw they did a 2 course deal which just under £8/head, which seemed very reasonable. Young waitress came over & took the order pretty quickly & received drinks. First course (Pate) arrived a little later than I though but didn't really worry me, when that was cleared I expected my main fairly soon after, I think after I watched a couple of other tables arrive, order, eat & leave I knew something was wrong. Had to go to the counter to remind them I still had a main to receive. When it did arrive, it was lovely but by then I wasn't really in the mood for it so left most, paid my bill & left. Overall, the food was very tasty but the service spoiled the experience."
"Visited on Tuesday 7th August 2018 for some lunch. We were seated quickly but nobody came to take our order after we got our drinks. We eventually flagged someone over and ordered two courses from the set menu. The tomato soup was great - thoroughly enjoyed it. We waited a further 20-25 minutes and then checked to see if our main course had been forgotten. The waitress confirmed that it has and we had to just ask for the bill to leave as we had an appointment elsewhere."
