"Previous deliveries have been either well over an hour late or food turns up stone cold. Last straw this evening as order didn't arrive for nearly two and a half hours. I waited for 2 hrs having chased them up after an hour to be told order in kitchen now! Had to go out after 2hrs to get something to eat elsewhere. Shame as food good but never again."
