"We just got a takeaway for the first time from here. Customer service is deplorable and I shall not order again. Received chicken & sweetcorn soup and it tasted like warm dish water. It was flavourless. Called them up direct to ask for a replacement and was told it wasn't their problem I didn't like it. Tried to explain it was a recipe issue not a personal taste issue and asked for a replacement but was told they were too busy so they offered a free soup when I order again. Not ordering again. Shame cos the rest of the order was nice."
"One star, wish I could give it a minus 10 stars ! We ordered 2.5 hours ago ! No communication from the restaurant, we have phoned over 50 times and left 10 voicemails. Absolutely disgusting service, we have now been left hungry, disappointed, angry and completely out of pocket. In these challenging times you would think small businesses would be appreciating the support and not turning away new customers by their absolute disgusting behaviour and lack of customer service. We will be taking it further down the correct channels to peruse for our money back. Absolutely shocking. Can't believe this, I genuinely have no words. I am so so upset, angry and hungry !!"
