"Phoned to order some food and told it would be 45 minutes to be delivered. Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes and called back to ask whether it was on the way- was told it would be next out in the delivery. Phoned back 40 minutes later when it still hadn't arrived and was then told that they would speak with the kitchen and see if they could do it in 20 minutes. Clearly it was never ordered in the first place and despite phoning about the delay it still wasnt made. Cancelled the order after waiting for nearly two hours for not even so much as an apology. Plenty of competition in Kirky so would advise to go elsewhere as I will be."
