"I can not comment on food as I never got that far!. I rang the shop to place an order, and I was informed "she" didn't understand me. I thought it might be easier if I just went to the shop to place my order in person. However, they got defensive. I was asked to point out my order on the menu, rather than speak. I found the attitude rude and humiliating; I've been living in the UK for nearly 14 years, and I am just about to start my PhD, and I was told to show what I wanted. No apologies and I was encouraged to leave the shop. If this is the customer service and then I have nothing to say....."
