"Absolutely shocking... Service abysmal, food even worse!! Burgers are not grilled they are obviously cooked in an oven and hit held ready for service, which I would understand in a fast food establishment..... but this was anything but fast, we had a 25 min eta upon ordering and still had to wait an extra 25 mins past this eta. Disappointed is not the word...... none of the dashes that have cheese on top were put under a grill to melt the cheese so you just ended up with a portion of Grated cheese on ur chips or Nachos For the price I would expect better!"
"Overall rating poorly. Long waiting time, chips ok, but the toppings were raw: fresh jalapeno, fresh bacon and cheese. It would be much better to fry the bacon and put it with chips and cheese into the oven for a while, right? When I saw a waitress combing her hair with her hand over the plates (luckily not mine) I wanted to leave. And the drink according to the menu should be 500 ml and you get a 330 ml can. Such a bit of cheating isn't it? Sorry, I will not back again"
