"Food was terrible, bland with no seasoning. Presentation was disgraceful! Had to send back my main course. Had to ask for cutlery for the main course. Should have really sent my starter back as well. Massively Over priced for the quality! Then they had the cheak to add a 12.5% service charge. One good point was the restaurant manager, was professional and gave my partner a glass of wine on the house. Though I must say I went away overcharged and hungry."
"Food is good, but quite pricey, prepare yourself for a large bill that is for the most part not warranted. Service charge even when ordering from the bar menu, at the bar! Service was slow and inexperienced, but it was Christmas and it felt like the staff were all new to their roles. Someone please train them!"
"One of the worst experience in any Marriott. Drinks - good but very slow service as people at the bar are inecperienced Food- rubbish, worse than pre-packaged stuff in supernarkets. We got - Pasta, caesar sslad, manglorean chicken, and a chivken burger. Had to go out and eat again Service- when the food came without cutlery and we requested some. Waited for 10 min and no sign of it. Asked the bar staff - nothing arrives again. Had to ask about tgeir complains process - finally got a response. We were staying in the hotel."
"Food was underwhelming. Came here just for dinner to catch up with a friend outside of the city centre. They had *no* place for me to change my baby. When i asked the staff where i could go, they just said "i dont know, sorry" and just walked away. We asked to wrap up our leftovers to take home and they said they couldn't box it up because it was "illegal"........... i couldn't believe the service. For a Hotel grill they seemed unfamiliar with the basics of Hospitality. No stars."
