"29.1.21 Ordered Pizza at 1830, had not arrived by 1930 so checked the tracker and it wasn't in the oven yet. Thinking this was a mistake I called the shop and was told infact this was true and it wouldn't get to us till 2100 as short of drivers! There was no courtesy call so family hungry and will have to reorder at another take away. If they told us at point of order or called us immediatly after order to inform us of the delay I could have ordered elsewhere earlier and be eating right now. Its going to be hard for me to order here again as I have no trust whatsoever that it will actually turn up."
