"I enjoy Dominos pizza. However, being a bit of a crumbling ruin who remembers the days when businesses actually tried to help customers, I have to say that I found plenty to be frustrated about on this occasion. I am pretty internet savvy, and use online ordering platforms frequently. I find them on the ball for the most part. However, attempting to order a simple pizza from Dominos proved to be a real challenge to my patience. Ludicrous menu, compelling the customer to scroll through all kinds of rubbish, inability to recognise discount codes when applied…and apparently no means of purchasing as a guest, rather than providing your entire life history. Absolutely unnecessary, unless of course Dominos is just st another data harvesting machine. Totally underwhelming experience…which I will never attempt again."
