Since January we are following up with this agency for our refund till date NO REFUNDS refunded in our account. This travel agency and the owner has been making us dance for our own money. They are not ready to answer our calls neither texts. Very rude In communication. Seems like a fraud agency"
"The agency is all fraud. They book dummy tickets and take your money. And when you cancel the tickets and ask for a refund they don’t turn up. They don’t revert back your calls nor msg to find out about the refunds. I have been falling up with Mr. Ronit Kumar the owner of this travel agency for months now. Gonna be a year in few months and we have still not received a pound in our accounts as a refund. The travel agency is shut all the time!!!!"
