"Seems to depend on what staff are on. Had an issue with our order and spoke to Louise (a manager I think?) She couldn't have been more helpful and nice over the phone. The order was remade and was perfect - wish this was the branch closest to home now!"
"Extremely rude staff! Waited 2 hours for my delivery and called the store twice. I then had to go up to the store to collect my pizza. I was given verbal abuse from what I believe to be the manager she refused to give me a name and also refused to help me make a complaint. I will never use this store again! I was not given an apology at all in all if this, I was led to believe this was all my fault the delivery driver delivered to the wrong address."
