"Ordered online for a collection, was told to arrive in 30 minutes but arrived after 20 minutes so that there was no risk of being late and it sitting getting cold. Waited a further 25 minutes in the store and eventually got our order and left. Arrived home (~6 minute drive) and both pizzas were cold, as we're both sides. To add insult to injury, the side had bacon in it (no use to me as a vegetarian!). I specifically ensured I selected the potato tots without bacon so to be given them with bacon was an abs joke - I assume someone either can't read or is so lackadaisical that they don't care about order specifics. First and last time using the Hamilton branch and won't be back. The Rutherglen branch is much better, as is local Dominos."
