"I would give this zero stars if it was an option. Placed an order at 6.30, called at 6.55 to add on an item and was advised it couldn’t be added as the order was out for delivery. At 8.20 still no order so called them and said Just eat up was causing errors but you’ll get your order I asked when … I’ll just go and check but she had no Idea what order she was checking as she hadn’t asked! Advised she would put order through via phone and as they were now quieter it would be delivered. Still no order at 9.30pm! Tried calling but no answer . Gave up and asked for refund via Just eat. Don’t use this branch and Just eat need to take them off as an option."
