"DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY - TOTAL SCAMMERS. I DOUBT MY FLIGHTS WERE EVER ON OFFER IN THE FIRST PLACE. Hands down the worst travel company I have ever dealt with. I booked flights to Las Vegas on New Year's day. Within 24 hours I was offered completely the wrong flights at completely different price. After informing them that this was not what was offered I was told I would qualify for a full immediate refund. Four weeks of constant phone calls and emails, wasting many hours of my time have finally resulted in a refund. Promised on multiple occasions that a refund was being processed - these were straight up lies. Members of staff include Carol and Lucifer - not to be trusted! I have no idea where the 5* reviews come from, I can only imagine that they are fake reviews!"

"Hi i put one star so i can get on,but you can for get that star they are Robbers they tell porkies, i got done by them and lost my pland flight,and would not give me my money back, i would have to wait for 12 working days,in the end i had to go 10 days later,and it cost me more money and two diffrent AIR LINE'S,for get them,no star."

"DO NOT USE... READ REVIEWS FIRST - MOST ARE WRITTEN BY EMPLOYEES Awful experience, booked 8 flights total cost £6300, on paying full amount, we were advised flights were no longer available. We were offered flights on different days, we advised that wasn't acceptable and requested a refund. They advised there would be a £125 per person charge from the airline. We contacted the airline, although there was a reservation, there was no booking, no money had been paid and all that would happen was the reservation would simply expire. They were not charging anything.. At this point we raised a dispute with the bank. We contacted Flight Trotters with the information from the airline. They said the flights were booked through a dedicated trade line, which is why the airline couldn't see the details. We contacted the airline again, asking about their trade line.. they almost laughed, there is no dedicated line, there was no booking, they could see there was an unconfirmed reservation and again advised there was no charge from them. This time we got that in writing from the airline and passed this to Flight Trotters. They then said they would waive the airline charge but would now charge a fee of £25 per person. After numerous heated conversations, emails, messages and legal advise they agreed to repay the full amount. We are now 12 days down the line still trying to get our refund. We were told yesterday our bank had rejected the payment (which they haven't). We are now promised it will be made today. We are yet to see any money. Please do not give this company your money, we originally booked flights on 1st Feb we have sent 100's of emails and had too many phone calls to recall the number. I cannot stress how much upset and anxiety this has and still is causing, not to mention the time lost. I've been informed our dispute with the bank has gone through, if our payment does not go in today the bank will reimburse us, they have upheld our dispute. Please save yourself unnecessary stress and loss of money and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY"
