"App said delivered and called back to back for 20 mins. Thought they might not have been able to hear the phone so I drove over. Lady was standing in front of customers who hadn’t decided yet, doing nothing, while the phone rang. She told me our pizzas were on the way. Firstly, why use the ‘tracker’ if it doesn’t match the information they have in store. Secondly, no matter how busy they were, they should answer the phone before serving further customers. Avoid this branch!! Customer service very poor."
"I went to get 3 lunchtime deals in Filton Dominos to collect on 26-09-2022 at half 3 the lady on the counter was very unfriendly felt as if she is doing us a favor. Up on collection I asked why there is so less topping and she was like this is what the it is take it or leave it. She was very rude and argumentative. Please avoid. I have picked up pizza from Filton branch previously but this experience was awful."
