"I love this shop, there's fabric for any occasion, tools for crafts, and materials for literally anything you can think of craft related. A few bad experiences though recently with the customer service made me drop a few stars. I always come from far and after work, and last time I got there 15 minutes before the closing time, I was greeted immediately after opening the door of the shop with a screechy voice, yelling at me that the shop was closing in less than 10 minutes. You never know where people come from and what efforts they had made to be there BEFORE closing time, it's very rude to greet customers like this. I walked backwards through the same door and left to go to the shop next door who has also beautiful fabric + great customer service."

"Everything craft related you could possibly need, massive selection of wool and fabric. Prices are some of the lowest I've found too, and they often have clearances and sell low priced bags of wool/fabric which are amazing value if you aren't after anything in particular. Also do student discount and seniors discount. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Haven't found anywhere else in Liverpool (or even Merseyside) with a bigger selection or better value."
