"I visited Stephen Jones Jewellers on the weekend with my partner to have our wedding rings made from my parents gold and what a wonderful experience it was! The staff on the shop floor were lovely, so friendly, professional and enthusiastic from the second we walked through the door. We then went in to the main workshop where Stephen worked his magic and made our beautiful wedding rings right in front of our eyes, talking us through each step. "I visited Stephen Jones Jewellers this Friday as I'd been recommended here to get my white gold engagement ring spruced up with a new coating of rhodium. I walked in and was immediately made to feel welcome, as was my 10 year old son who came with me. Both the gentleman and lady in the front of house were warm, chatty and friendly to both us. Whilst we waited for my ring (it was super fast and only took 5 minutes to do), my son was called over to the counter and engaged in a conversation with the gentleman about what Santa is bringing him and then they went on to compare what xbox games they both play lol; he was kept entertained the whole time and even left asking "can we come back here again?" I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommended this establishment for any jewellery needs whether it's repairs or purchases. This will be my new go to place.
