"We visited Wongs back in 2012 to choose our wedding rings and had a great experience. For our 10 year wedding anniversary I really wanted to either remodel my existing engagement ring (it was needing some TLC!) or change the ring altogether. After visiting a few other jewellers in the area, I just could decide or find exactly what I wanted. We decided to pop into Wongs and see if they could help me make a decision. We were welcomed by Sophie, and sat down to chat about my ring and the different options available. Unlike other jewellers, she actually took the time to listen to me and totally got what I was wanting! She took a look at my ring and advised a clean, fix the broken claws, re-size and re-plate before making any major changes to the ring. My ring was booked in and a date given to collect, and was actually ready before this! We booked in with Sophie for the reveal, and I never thought I’d cry about seeing my ring again but it looked stunning and was better than I ever thought it would look.
