"Very dissapointed as I had been wrongly advised on the phone that Boodles could value my diamond ring purchased by my father in 1998 from the Chester store for my mum. I inherited it after the death of my parents. I made the journey today only to be told by the young salesman that they no longer do valuations. He really wasn't bothered at all. Very dissapointed indeed that a shop of this standard could be so dismissive."
