"Very disappointed with the service we got with DBS. Met one of the Directors of the firm who made a lot of false promises on how he would sort out our tax issue with minimum cost and stress - these promises were not met. The timescale between our initial meeting with DBS and us paying HMRC was 15 months, most of which were months of anxiety and worry as HMRC were continually sending us letters warning us of penalties due to lack of information and communication from DBS. We are still receiving letters from HMRC now demanding money for penalties due to the incompetence of DBS. As clients we were passed around to various members of the DBS Team, none of which were up to speed with our case. I will add that, one thing that e DBS Team are impeccable at is; not returning calls or emails, they get the gold medal for that. A terrible experience overall."
