"My experience of their R&D tax claim service was very poor. Whilst they may have had staff retention issues like the rest of us, it does not excuse having to restart the entire claims process each of the 3 occasions my account was passed to someone new. Ever heard of recording calls and making written records? Add this to finding the knowledge and skills of those I spoke to inadequate. Even after wasting 10s of hours repeating myself, they failed to deliver a report after 9 months. My advice - find a different company, don't waste your time here."
