"Didn’t brush my boy before bathing (even though I had told them her was shedding puppy coat & would Matt) basic stuff for long double coated dog, result was clipped short exposing dew claws (8) supposed to trim dew claws only did one & then too short, resulting in bleeding, poor boy was shaking for more than 24 hours after, then with dew claws exposed, he caught one, ending at vets for painful & expensive treatment. NEVER AGAIN, Avoid at all costs!"
