"We booked our rabbits in with Dot & Phil after our previous boarding places had closed. We wish we had found Them sooner! Our two are nervous travellers so this place is ideal being only a short drive from where we live. We were sent updates and photos to let us know how they were getting on and Dot and Phil were very happy to accommodate a short extension to their stay when our plans changed. "Absolutely brilliant service from Wirral Small Pet Hotel. Having moved up to the wirral from down south we have to do a lot of travelling to go back home and see friends and family and 4 hours in a car for rabbits is certainly not fun! We were a little bit worried about leaving our girls with strangers but Phil and Dot were amazing from start to finish keeping us up to date with photos showing how well they'd settled in (if only they were that well behaved for us!) 100% would definitely recommend them, very professional and friendly, not sure the rabbits wanted to come home!"
