I asked a lot of questions and she was patient and thorough in answering them. Also the service I received from Richard - the receptionist - was astonishing: kind, reassuring, and thoroughly helpful. I had never had to take my dog for any treatment that involved an insurance claim before and he made it all painless and stress-free while I was a bit emotional.
