"The groom room that does not groom. I'm sure they just spray the pets with something like dry shampoo. Don't ask them to clip nails because they can't. Cost me hundreds in vets bills to get ingrowing nails clipped because every time I took my dog in and paid for the nails they never ever did them."

"I wish I could rate - 5 stars. I brought my two dogs for grooming full grooming my dogs are bichon and Maltese small breed doggies. One of my dog was half groomed as they said that she is aggressive to mention that she is 5 years old and for the last 2 years I'm bringing her to groom room Prescot but in the begging was a very nice service, now the staff has been changed and they are totally amatuers, probably they practiced on sheep's. And I never had the issue that somebody will call my dog aggressive, her nails also hasn't been clipped but they weren't ashame to ask me for £27 for a bath and I totally regret for paying them. With my other dog they forgot to clip the nails, after a week about I noticed that my dog has very long nails, so I went back and I told to a lady that they previously forgot to clip the nails, but the other lady which she was with my dog inside didn't know that I don't have to pay, so when she came with my dog on the reception she wanted to charge me a full price of £12 if I'm not wrong. And then I check my dog paws and not all of her nails were clipped, and I mention it and that I'm not happy to pay the full price as she didn't clip all the nails, and then the other lady she said that I don't have to pay anything cause previously on a full paid service they forgot to clip them. Also another annoying thing is that every time when you go with your dog instead of giving just your name and surname, they asking again for all the details and if you have been previously in there.. And all this filling up papers takes about 5 minutes. They are totally amatuers. Don't ever bring your dog in there, better bring it to a shepherd he will do a much better job."

"took my Yorkshire terrier to groom rooms prescot said he was to distressed. so half cut him .said bring him back in few days brought him back. never touched him again charged me 40 pound wont be going back"

"They are very good and do a nice job. The only thing is last two times I have been the prices have been different. Apparently my yorkies are long haired dogs and cost extra. First time was 35 and the second 40 for each one. I have two. These prices, if you look aren't on the list for a full groom the top price is 42 then 32 which should of been for mine. As I say good job, staff polite but dont like how they are doing these prices."

"Absolutely love it here. My dog has alot of allergies and they catered to his needs easily. Toby is so hyperactive but when he came out, he was like a different dog, so calm and relaxed... And he smelt nice to! Highly recommended!"
