"Absolut rude personel, poor services. I had an appointment which l missed by 10min due to trafic conditions. I asked for an urgent appointment for blood test as l was supposed to have a medical intervention abroad. I was given the next available in 30 days. When l made the app it was months ago. The person who l spoke to just hang up on me. Looks like there are dragging time, and cashing the monthly salary, even if it means to take 2 blood samples a day.... Absolutely unfriendly and useless employees"
