I found Fluent Money through compare the market looking for a suitable mortgage, I was called back straight away and spoke to an advisor who then passed my details on to the broker who called me back the next day and was very helpful, after discussing what type of mortgage I am looking for, they called me back a few hours later with the best mortgage rate and sent over a MIP. All done within 24 hours. Bravo."

"Incredibly high hidden broker fees (15%) and early repayment charges despite being assured there wouldn’t be. Avoid this company completely. This means that 12 months after taking out this loan, my redemption figure, with no missed payments is £5,000 HIGHER than the amount borrowed"

"Went online to get quotes for finance to assist in house repairs about a week ago to see what options are available. I wasn't interested in fluent offer. Since then I have had at least 4 calls a day from them. I've blocked their numbers and now I get 4 answerphone messages a day. I came here to read reviews and see that they aren't good at that the profess to do so I guess I dodged a bullet, even if I do have to delete several voicemails every day. Absolute shameless bully and pressure tactics. Horrendous and I'm glad I haven't used them!"
