"My experience in Lush today really made my day so I just wanted to share! I was browsing some of the products and got chatting to a really lovely member of staff - Leonie, who offered me a skin consultation as I said I'd been looking for ways to calm my acne. She was so respectful and brilliant - I felt so at ease and listened to. She gave me tester pots of herbalism cleanser and mask of magnanimity and talked me through how they can help to soothe my skin. I was incredibly impressed by her expansive knowledge. Leonie then gave me a free Sleepy body lotion as a 'Random Act of Kindness' which I was really overwhelmed by and so greatly appreciated as it was so specific to a passing comment I had made about not moisturizing my body enough. I felt so seen, heard and valued. Thank you so much to all who work at Lush for delivering EXCEPTIONAL customer service. I can't rave about it enough x"
"Firstly I am going to say I am a big fan of Lush products and normally you are made to feel very special in the store. I went in during the sales and whilst I didn't have a bad experience, it was busy in the shop and I didn't get the normal level of customer service / pampering I am used to (and enjoy). I will go again of course and hopefully choose a quieter time."

"Shopping in places like this would usually be my idea of hell because this time of year is so busy (run up to Christmas). The shop was packed, but I was lucky enough to run into the most helpful shop assistant on the planet. Buying a present for my daughter was made much easier with her help. "Love to visit Lush you can smell it before you see it and i mean that in a nice way. Mix and match different items from bath bombs, bubble bars, gels, shampoos, skin products etc. I usually go when a birthday or xmas is coming up. I have also bought gift sets on line. My daughters are fans. I especially like Rose Jam but i believe it is only available at xmas time."
