"i would like to point out my total disgust at how the staff at the Chesterfield store are expected to work in freezing temperatures instore.. today was quite a cold day i visited the Chesterfield store this afternoon and was in shock at how cold it was compared to outside. the staff was wrapped up as though they were ready to visit the north pole. staff working in a retail store should not be working in conditions like that... absolutely disgusting no heating no nothing. wearing gloves and scarfs hats double layers of jumpers working inside a shop should not be happening.."
