"12/11/2022 It's a shame that one stores policy is not the same for another! It does seem as though they have one rule for one and another for another store. The stitching on an item which is faulty has been discounted to 10% at a different store, however her at meadowhall it seems faulty items are ok to sell at full price. Both have a no return policy which is fine. Given that the item was £139.99, I would suggest that the manager saw me and my child and had a different opinion of us. I've never felt so disrespected in a store. I honestly was shocked and disappointed to say the least. I would say this... check your items for faults as we shop there loads and other stores of the same and often find stitching is faulty etc, that might be why they can sell products as such a discounted rate but if that's the case it should state they sell "seconds" as in goods"
