"Hit or Miss. The staff are usually really nice, helpful and professional but sometimes I feel bad for even visiting, I don't know whether it is the generational gap or just pure misfortune but i shouldn't have to feel like the staff are inconvenienced by me. When it comes to craftsmanship, I'm not afraid to admit, the bouquets are beautiful. However I've had one experience where my requests for dark coloured and/or black flowers for a FUNERAL were disregarded and when picking them up, I was given a baby blue bouquet instead - the staff tried to change my mind and I guess they finally went with their own preference anyways. I understand it's not everyone's preference but it was an order for a final goodbye and paying respects, not a baby shower."
