"I recently ordered a bouquet as a gift for my mum. Day of delivery I recieved a call from Interflora to say the bouquet would be delivered a day later. I later received an email to say they couldn't get hold of me and they would deliver a day late. My mum then received a bouquet but not the one I ordered. When I complained I was told the florist didn't have the specific flowers in to make this bouquet. So why did the website let me order? The bouquet delivered was awful and cheap flowers. Not even a apology from the florist about this mess up. Will definitely not be using this florist again."
