"Really unpleasant experience trying to browse around and eventually purchase a few pairs of earrings and a necklace. I was watched like a hawk throughout and wasn't even allowed to carry the jewellery that I picked around with me as I browsed other items, when I commented on this the lady behind the counter briskly said that they had had shoplifters before. Who shoplifts from a second-hand charity shop?! The staff (there were three changes of staff behind the counter while I was browsing around) all treated me like a thief the whole time I was there and never apologised for the rude treatment, absolutely shocking and I suspect possibly racist, too, no other customer (everyone else was white) in the shop was being watched as much as I was. You're a CHARITY shop, be NICE and inclusive for goodness' sake."
"The women that helps there was so RUDE!!! Ionly wish i didn't have to guve a star."
