"Staff sometimes friendly sometimes are not I remember pawning some gold jewellery they gave me a price which I thought was good once I accepted it the lady put the jewellery in a bag and threw it on the floor which I thought was a disgrace as any of the rings could have come out of the bag and got lost also the lady had just eaten a packet of crisps so her fingers were greasy which made the jewellery greasy as a susgestion I think they shoul wear nylon or leather gloves whilst handling jewellery which is been pawned"
