"some of the staff at this store are Snooty and unapproachable, always an uncomfortable experience. There was a woman filling shelves in the produce section at around 8pm on the 12th Dec, she was rude, no customer service skills at all. Her colleague Terry was helpful when there was a problem with the self service till though."

"Typical M&S quality produce. Good range of flowers as you enter the store. Layout is Ok some of the Isles are quite narrow. Didn't do much interaction with the staff as used the self checkout but the young lady that was there was pleasant. Parking seems to be the biggest issue which affects all stores on this site."
"This store concentrates on what Marks and Spencer do well, I.e food. Also has a good selection of wines. Staff are very friendly and helpful and are a credit to M&S. Car parking can be difficult as parking area is shared with Aldi, Home Bargains, Pets at Home and McDonalds."
