"Stuart was excellent in every way - the rooms we asked him to clean are spotless and shiny. This is especially true of the kitchen, was was filthy before Stuart tackled it; the oven was orange, the floor had piles of dirt on it, and all the cupboards were greasy inside and out. Now it’s sparkling and we’re very happy, thanks Stuart!"

"The cleaning service came urgently the same day I ordered it, as I had asked. It is the only service that was able to come the same day, which I was very pleased for. The result was apparently very good, although there were a couple of problems. First, I payed by cash, because the cleaner couldn't find the way for me to pay by credit card, as I am foreigner and my bank account (from Spain) didn't appear in the company's app. After having told me twice that I couldn't pay by cash, he suddenly said that I do could. The problem was that I didn't have exactly 154 pounds, so I gave him 160 pounds, but he didn't have cash to pay me in return, so he suggested me to allow him to take the 6 extra pounds as a tip. I accepted it, because I was very tired of finding so many problems to pay, but I don't think it was an appropriate attitude. Second, today I have discovered that the cleaner didn't separate the freezer from the wall to clean it from behind, so it was still dirty. I guess, he didn't separte the fridge from the wall either. In conclusion, it was a quite expensive service taking into account the self-adjudicated tip and the remaining dirt."

"From the moment I spoke to Jerry I knew him and his team would make a difference to the children's care home. The cleaning was second to none! Staff were very professional indeed and worked full on all the time. The team started at 2pm and didn't leave until after 9pm. Jerry goes above and beyond, so much so because the landlord who we rented the property arrived to see how Jerry was doing (UNANNOUNCED BY THE WAY) and Jerry did everything he asked too. Amazing! "We arranged end if tenancy cleaning. Stuart arrived promptly at am and left 6 hours later. During that time our 3 bedroom house was cleaned throughout very thoroughly Stuart did an excellent job. The house was spotless and smelt lovely. He also cleaned the oven, windows, paintwork, cupboards inside and out the bathroom/utility room/en-suite we are very pleased with the cleaning service thank you"
