"Poorly staffed very long wait I line for order pickup nearly 10min one till open another staff member walking about doing nothing then went on the till when the que went down not good especially when you have kids who want to see everything else get the staff to man the tills and get the queuing people in and out and to have a good experience not a bad one."
"Rubbish. Bought a car seat from here and my partner did not like it. We wanted to replace it with another one which was bit cheaper. The staff and manager were adamant that, car seat could not be returned once bought. Car seat was just taken out of the box and packed again for return and they denied to take it or replace it. This is ridiculous."
