"Horrible customer service, had my wife's jacket dry cleaned. Advised that they may not be able to do it but told her that they will contact her back, they advised to sign a slip so she doesn't need to come back in. After a few days late she got a call saying pick up the jacket. Went in and the jacket is ripped and shredded, after chatting to the person behind the desk who was rude said that she signed the eaver so we have to pay and take the away jacket . They would not give me a number to ring and talk to the owner. Never using this shop again. Worse thing ever. That jacket was a sentimental garment and it's ruined. Please do not use this horrible shop and it's horrible owners."
"Very good and and plenty of machines. It does get very busy of a weekend so do not leave it until last thing to go. Also as at the time of writing this (Nov 2021) for drying, stay clear of 4 the dryers to the right. They work but feel cooler and so require a little more time to dry."
