"This was my first time going to J&M Laundry Services. I had handwashed 2 large sofa seating cushions at home in the bathtub, and after 4 days on the radiators they still hadn't dried and I was panicking that maybe I had ruined them. My friend telephoned J & M Laundry Services in advance and explained the problem. Jenny so kindly measured the dryers to check that the sofa cushions would fit, which they did, so we dropped them off and Jenny and Jo worked their magic. The very next day I received 2 very dry cushions. They literally saved my sofa. Jenny and Jo are very kind, friendly people, and nothing was too much trouble for them. They know exactly what they are doing and have an extensive knowledge of product care, your items will be in very safe hands. They did an amazing job and I very highly recommend the business for all of your laundry care needs."
