"We asked for a deep clean of a four bedroom Edwardian house. We were told they would clean all the architraves and tops of the doors and the top of the wardrobe. Three cleaners came in a tiny car and started to get to work at 10am they left at 2.30pm after telling me they had cleaned the top of the wardrobes in the main bedroom. I knew they hadn't unless they had climbing ropes as they did not even have any step ladders. I took my step ladders up to take a look only to be faced with a thick layer of dust on the wardrobes. I examined the house and found many examples of poor cleaning including dirty shower glass. Filthy extractor fans in both bathrooms and dirt and dust on nearly all the architraves. The kitchen cupboards still had cooking Grease on. I have called them to come back to clean again. I will see. I won't use them again very poor workmanship. Much better on next visit the following day but definitely not worth the money. I have learnt an expensive lesson."
