"Thank you to Karen and Matthew for supporting me yesterday when my system failed. Springhill maintain the water filtration system and have done so for many years and have been brilliant. Yesterday my Bore Hole pump kept tripping the electrics. I did try the company who installed the bore hole and got nowhere. I contacted Springhill and spoke with Karen at 4pm , even though they did not install the bore hole or maintained the pump within the bore hole they were happy to help. Matthew called me at 6pm to diagnose and within 10 minutes we had got to the bottom of the problem. Matthew gave me the advice on how to fix this over the phone , he was confident he knew the problem and wanted to avoid unnecessary costs for me and to get me operational quickly. After an hour outside carrying out his instructions I was back and working. Absolutely brilliant company and nothing is ever too much trouble, I would never use anyone else.
