"Terrible experience!!! Went to this platform by accident, through the website. Booked one apartment, got a message that it had burned down. Immediately received another offer that was cheaper on the site and did not meet our needs.We declined. We asked for a full refund. We booked another apartment and got the same owner again. Three days later we got the answer that the apartment was occupied by other clients and we got two other offers that were cheaper than the price we paid. The contact with whom we communicated, was unpleasant, familiar, when I asked for a full refund, he wished me to die."
