"Disgusting shopping experience there! I would not recommand this shop to all the tourists. Because the staff don’t know anything about tax refund. First time they told me need passport, so I kept receipt for next time. But when I tried to do tax refund with new shopping items, they said they cannot do it. Because Computer not allowed. However they have paper refund sheet, just hand writing, when I asked for it, they said no more sheet in the store, and when I asked when can get some more, they replied me not sure. So I spent more than two hundred pound there for this bad irrespectable service."
