"Had gap123 insurance since 2016 vehicle replacement unfortunately had accident jan 2019 and did gap claim bec my car was total loss gap claim advisor make a lotttttt of excuses but finally I provide them what they need but shocking news coming when I got email from them that Which is [Dear Mr Ahmad, Further to your recent GAP insurance claim, I can confirm that your claim has been authorised at £3,479.83; please note this is a interim payment until the issue with VAT has been resolved. We have requested that the payment be released on 22nd February, via BACS.] this email was a big joke for me actually they own my full compensation which is 15000 as per my vehicle replacement cover insurance anyway I was dicline and make officially complain to complain department and Lukilly I have legal insurance in place which is upto hundred thousand pounds they pay to provide solicitor and I was rang them they said we need to access your case whether it’s considerable or not I provide them all documents and other evidence then after 30 mints some 1 call me that your legal claim is successfull under this they believe it’s clearly breach of contract or other .. in short they advise me to Wait until gap claim complaint team result then we will b step in and hopefull you will successfully win this without paying any solicitor fees just pay 50 pound access if gap company try to rip me off definitely I ll fight legally till end and get my all money from them hope it’s help to new gap123 customer Regards"

"Service was incredible! I purchased my policy back in August 2015 and received a letter November 2016 to say that the underwriter had gone into liquidation. I contacted Gap Insurance 123 who assured me that my policy was still covered and would still perform in the same way. I received a letter a couple of weeks later which stated that the policy had been transferred over to another insurer. I've just swapped my car and transferred the cover over to my new car completely free of charge. I've spoken to the customer service team three times and each time I couldn't have asked for any more"
