I am surprised a business can survive with this level of poor customer services and greed. - If you are 'lucky' enough to get through to a human being when contacting Rooftop you'll be met with rude and unhelpful staff members. - The maintenance man is incompetent and often left more faults than when he arrived. You're better off investing time and money yourself to resolve faults. And let's face it, the state of their properties, you're going to incur a lot of maintenance issues. - Tried to scam us at the end of our tenancy charging for things and for faults that did not exist. Luckily, I had the good sense to take pictures before we moved out that proved them wrong. With this being said, it still took Rooftop 6 months to repay our deposits in full. I've had the pleasure of renting from a number of fantastic companies during my time living in Leeds - Rooftop was not one of them, this is the sort of letting agency that give student living a bad reputation. Would give 0 stars if I could."

"Get everything in writing because these people are the most dishonest creatures on earth. After almost a year, they have not given us our deposit back. They claimed that we damaged their property with fake pictures, but we took videos of the day that we left and everything was working. If it is possible, do not make business with them. Do not let them fool you with the fake positive reviews. EDIT: now they are trying to silence me saying that my account is fake. I am sure Amjad, the person calling to intimidate, knows who I am."

"Terrible company. Please do not rent there. I would not recommend at all. I rented a flat when I was in Leeds as a student and the experience was really bad. The place I was living in had woodlices, which I had to take care of myself because they didn’t do anything. When you raise issues they ignore it, and then try to take advantage of it.They threatened to keep my deposit unfairly. They try to take money from students - because they think you don’t know. There is no communication, they’re rude, and it’s all about the profit they can get. Plus they fake their Google reviews. I sincerely regret not checking the reviews before renting. Trust me there are much better places to rent from in Leeds for students. DO NOT RENT THERE."
