"1 Sparta house, Tenby, I was looking forward to spending the last weekend of my 40's here, it was a trip organised by my other half as a special treat. It had an amazing breakfast table view of the harbour, that I'd be able to spend time at, writing.... that's as close as i got, thinking I'd be able to ... I walked in and the first thing that hit me was the worst damp smell ever! I opened the windows, and went to put my snacks in the fridge, it has items in there, opened meat and milk, I'm a vegetarian so was doubley disgusted. I went to see if I could put my clothes away, I couldn't, the draws were full of bedding, which also smelt fowsty. Around the toilet floor were splash stains, I couldn't see a mop to clean it before I used it.... the shower was like a game of roulette, 10secs hot, 10 secs freezing. I went to sit down with a cup of coffee, none there even though advertised as having a welcome pack with some included...on the sofa, which was a very frayed conservatory sofa I couldn't stay there for the full trip, I left on the day after arrival, I will wait to see if we get any response from them... I do have a video of my walk through. I showed my video to my other half who replied with he probably wouldn't have minded it if he was a contractor on a job!"

"Please save your money and don't use this company,didn't get to my weekend away due to weather conditions. Week previous I had rung them to say was bothered by coming conditions.firstly told I had to pay nearly 100 pounds adjustment fee and then another fee to move. So I asked my options and was told not much. And if I cancel No Refund. I understand that there are costs if customers change items but this was weather conditions that nobody can foresee,but to do nothing is just poor business... Will Never Use You Again."

"Booked on Airbnb and they then asked for £40 extra for 2 dogs and £25 to use the heating! We’re paying over £100 a night for this so it’s completely unreasonable for them to ask for extra money. Especially to turn the heating on! I called them to ask them to cancel and they refused. Careful to anyone using them as they ‘ don’t allow refunds due to policy ‘ then they ask you for more money."

"The location of Ger y Faen cottage was so unbelievable. Absolutely beautiful scenery leading to and directly around this quaint, clean and comfortable cottage. It is the perfect combination of being secluded for peace and relaxation yet being close enough to the natural surroundings and the attractions such as the devil's bridge and the fantastic waterfall walk. The hosts were away when we arrived but made sure to call a few days in advance to check we knew where to go and if we had any questions. Their son and daughter-in-law checked in on us when we arrived, again to make sure we had everything we needed and to offer us suggestions of places to visit and directions. Once the hosts returned, they checked in on us and were just so lovely. We were fortunate enough to be offered a slightly extended check out due to their cleaning schedule, something some hosts wouldn't even consider offering. So a relaxed Sunday check out with a 3-year-old was very welcomed. The hot tub and sauna were amazing, quick and easy to set up. Amazing value for money to have these amenities in and around the cottage. I can not wait to return."

"Great little studio, very clean, tidy, dog friendly and all amenities that you could need. Very friendly owner who left milk in the fridge and some welsh cakes as a welcome. Great location to reach some lovely walks both locally and further afield but be prepared to drive if you want to go to the shops or eat out. Garden is well fenced in to prevent any concerns about the dogs getting out. Excellent value for money. I would have given 5 stars, just would have been happier if we could have walked to shops or restaurants."
