"First impressions are key I didn’t buy anything but was stood in the shop whilst one member of staff talked to another person not sure if they were buying whilst the gormless female just stared at me no speech before walking out the back did that for a second time so I walked out the shop rang immediately on leaving the premises no answer clearly very busy went somewhere else."

"The customer service at this place is absolutely dreadful. You try telephoning and it is constantly engaged. They say that they'll call you within two weeks to advise that your order has come. This has never happened and I go there every year. I have been waiting 4 weeks now for my sons uniform. Sort yourselves out or let someone do it. Products are fine but there behaviours and customer service is appalling."
"Absolutely disgusting customer service! I have called many times and no one ever answers the phone, Due to being ill my partner went to collect some uniform I had ordered for our daughter and I wanted to inform them that he would be collecting it, however I tried calling twice and the third time they had taken the phone of the hook. Previous to this I visited the shop and was greeted with a lady that said they were having a well deserved coffee break (all four staff were sitting on chairs drinking tea and talking) not very welcoming at all, when I asked what size I needed to look for and a little help it seamed like I was interrupting and no one really could be bothered to help, the lady that did help was new and just seemed to be getting her bearings she was lovely and the only reason for the one star!"
