"WARNING. Avoid at all costs. They have ruined my watch. Jura watches Leeds. Does not offer any customer service, aftercare or any warranty backup. They are not trained or authorised to carry out work on watches they are selling. Instead they are using third party independents who at its best will struggle with the simplest task as demonstrated on my watch at a high cost. This was all confirmed by the manufacturer in concern. They charged me for a full service and it was obvious that the work carried out by a so-called random watchmaker, was very poor and not up to any standard because it simply didn't work. Watches of Switzerland has very kindly offered to undertake the service and it was on its way. Then the drama starts with unenthusiastic staff who simply can't be bothered because they are simply exhausted with this poor and unfair, no refund policy practice set by the director. The people who are currently working at head office are non enthusiastic and have no interest in wristwatches or are experienced in anything in particular. Make it up as you go standard. This is not surprising by the high turnover of staff given the bad practice they have. The director. James Cellors, is a fly by night, setting this bad practice by unfair trading and then hiding behind his young staff. Only interested in making money. It was very surprising how Gavin, The Manager at Leeds, was behaving, The strange behaviour towards a long standing relationship didn't mean anything to him and when he was challenged it was obvious that he was clearly out of his depth and was trying to save his own skin. But also his position was exhausted and his days were numbered. If you are thinking of purchasing a timepiece by Czapek, Parmigiani Fleurier, Grand Seiko, Sinn, Cuervo Y Sobrinos, and some of the other amazing wristwatches out there... I would go to... Berrys Chisholm Hunter Ernest Jones Watches of Switzerland Goldsmiths Mappin & Webb. Jura Watches does not offer customer service or support after the initial sale. You have been warned."

I have recently purchased a Glycine from them because I liked the look of it, also most guys say "needed it" and had yet another very favourable experience. "I was after a new watch and wanted to get something a little bit different to the norm. I rang the shop and spoke to a very helpful and knowledgeable staff member Jake Wightman. After much conversation he pointed me in the direction of the Muhle-Glashutte, the watch was just what I was looking for. Delivery was next day and packaging was excellent. Once I had my hands on the watch you could feel that German quality throughout the watch. I am extremely happy with the purchase and the excellent service provided by the store.
