"The service in the York store, was appauling, was prepared to spend a substantial amount in the shop. And the shop assistant totally ignored me? She was a ginger haired lady, I enquired to her, can I look at a item in the window please, at this point she had not once looked at me, & carried on blanking me, she actually said to me, in a snappy voice, you'll have to wait I'm doing this ! No ill be with you in a moment, no pleasantries? What a rude unprofessional person she was. So I just said don't bother yourself, and left the shop. Never before anywhere have I had rude arrogant treatment like that! I won't be shopping at that store again, my friend with me witnesses her rudeness too. Just appauling it was. So I just left the shop. So I left the shop and took my self to another jewelers, and was treated great there with respect, intrest & customer care. I'll not shop at that Ernest Jones shop in York City centre ever again, just such a rude ignorant assistant in there."
